The organisation had accumulated years of workforce wellbeing survey data but lacked a clear way to interpret, prioritise, and operationalise the findings. Staff were experiencing survey fatigue, leaders struggled to identify meaningful intervention points, and existing approaches focused heavily on workload without understanding the deeper drivers shaping workforce experience.

ViVID combined organisational psychology research, behavioural science, and human-centred systems analysis to review existing wellbeing datasets through multiple strategic lenses. The team applied layered thematic analysis, trend mapping, and operational sense-making techniques to identify the most meaningful and actionable workforce insights.
